Before you initiate your return:
- Please make sure that you have only worn the items to try them on and that you return the items intact and in their original condition, without damage. In addition, all tags and labels should still be attached to the item. We reserve the right to claim compensation for any loss in value due to improper handling of the item.

You can easily & quickly register your return online:
Go to your account, then click on "Orders and returns", choose your order and click on "initiate return"; select which item you want to return and click "continue". You'll be able to choose to return the item for a refund or for an exchange.
