What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major credit cards (including Visa and Mastercard) and PayPal. We do not accept money orders or personal checks. Our VIP Members also have the exclusive perk of using Clearpay as a payment method. Find out more here.
Why have I been charged on the 6th of the month?
If you've received a charge of £44.95 in your account, this means we've billed you for a VIP Member Credit that is now available in your account for you to spend on future purchases. If you placed your first order with us by entering our VIP welcome
When and how will I be charged for my VIP Membership fee?
As you know, if you don't shop or 'Skip the Month' before the 5th of each month, you'll be charged £44.95 for a VIP Member Credit. This amount will be charged on the same payment method you used to place your latest order, on the 6th of the month.
How do I update my payment information?
If you want to update your payment method, simply use a new payment method when placing your next order and it will be automatically saved in your account for future purchases - and billing, if you're a VIP member.
